Sight-Seeing Program General notes:

  • Specific departure times will be from the IBIS Hotel and will be posted one week prior to the conference, but generally around 8:30 AM.
  • All transportation, admissions and food is to be purchased by the attendees.
  • Please wear good walking shoes.  We have tried to keep the walking to a minimum, but in some cases it was not possible and many of the sights are quite expansive.
  • An oyster card must be purchased ahead of time and have a healthy balance.
  • Guests must register into the conference and provide an email address that they will check while in London to receive any last minute notices.
